Analytics on boardline.net stay off unless you allow them, and the contact form only collects what you type into it.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and guides are useful. It is off by default.
- When you first visit, a banner asks if we can use analytics cookies. Google Analytics only loads if you choose "Allow analytics". If you choose "No thanks" or ignore the banner, it does not load.
- Advertising storage, ad personalization and ad user data are always set to denied. Google signals and ad personalization signals are turned off.
- When analytics is on, the page address we send leaves out anything after a "?" or "#" in the URL, so query strings never reach Google Analytics.
- When you send the contact form with analytics on, we record that a form was sent, which form and which page it was on. We never send what you typed.
Changing your choice
Your choice is saved in your browser so we do not ask on every page. You can change it any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also clear this site's data in your browser settings to be asked again.
The contact form
Our "Book a licensing review" form is handled by Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site. It collects:
- Your name (required)
- Your work email (required)
- Your organization (optional)
- What you need, in your own words (optional)
We use these details to reply to your request. Please do not include patient information in the form.
